Issue

  • Users are unable to save Excel files with specific characters in the file name on a CIFS share.
  • The error occurs when attempting to save the file with the characters "[]" in the file name.
  • Other file types (Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Notepad) can be saved without issues.
  • The problem persists across different client machines.
