Issue

  • User are not able to access CIFS shares after SVM-DR migration and cutover.
  • Error reported when trying to access the shares: Error code: 0x80070035 The network path was not found.
  • The impacted user are not able to ping the data LIF, getting an unreachable response.
  • Ontap is not able to retried the impacted userd credential with show creds commands, server is unreachable.
  • Ping to DNS server from Ontap (from the impacted data SVM) fails, server is unreachable.
