Issue

  • The initial access to CIFS share folder returns Windows can't access this disc
Example:
Windows can't access this disc
The disc might be corrupt. Make sure that the disc uses a format that Windows recognizes. If the disc is unformatted, you need to format it before using it.
  • If the customer accesses the folder properties once by right-clicking the mouse, the problem disappears
  • The security style settings for both the shared volume and this sub folder are set to Unix
  • The Name-mapping is not related
