The Vscan server gets disconnected due to "inactive-connection"

Issue

  • Vscan server gets disconnected and causes trouble in CIFS access
  • Unless the Vscan server is rebooted, the AV Connector does not reconnect to the Vscan automatically
  • Checking Vscan events, the disconnect reason is "inactive-connection"
