Issue

  • Rubrik NAS backup fails for a specific share with permission denied along with following error:

Unable to take '<xxx>' snapshot for NAS object '<share>: /**' from '<ip><share>'.

  • Other share with everyone/full control using the same user completes successfully.
  • Service user account used on Rubrik is already added on the "BUILTIN\Backup Operators".
