Issue

  • When copying data from EMC VNX to ONTAP, robocopy fails with the error 31 (0x0000001F)

OUT A device attached to the system is not functioning.
 
  • Packet trace shows the client is trying to copy unsupported ACEs of type 170 (SetInfo), ONTAP returns STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL
