"Permission Denied" when trying to access an NTFS volume over NFS

Issue
- Read or Write access to a file on an NFS mount to an NTFS volume, the client reports
Permission denied
- Neither LDAP nor NIS are present in the ns-switch databases for 'passwd' and 'group'
