Issue

  • ONTAP cannot be accessed or has become unresponsive.

  • EMS reports the following alert.

Wed Feb 28 04:43:26 -0500 [node-02: kernel: netinet.ethr.arpstorm:error]: The node detected a possible ARP storm on port e0c. Detected rate: 6961 packets per second.
