Issue

Error messages similar to the following are logged on EMS logs for authentication failure with Domain Controllers (Local error):

3/7/2017 16:41:50   clustera-01      ERROR         secd.conn.auth.failure: Vserver (svm1) could not authenticate over the network to server (dc1). Error: Local error.
3/7/2017 16:40:41   clustera-02      ERROR         secd.conn.auth.failure: Vserver (svm1) could not authenticate over the network to server (dc1). Error: Local error.
3/7/2017 16:36:20   clustera-02      ERROR         secd.conn.auth.failure: Vserver (svm1) could not authenticate over the network to server (dc1). Error: Local error.
3/7/2017 16:35:49   clustera-01      ERROR         secd.conn.auth.failure: Vserver (svm1) could not authenticate over the network to server (dc1). Error: Local error.
3/7/2017 15:41:26   clustera-01      ERROR         secd.conn.auth.failure: Vserver (svm1) could not authenticate over the network to server (dc1). Error: Local error.
