NFSv4 client access issues after renewing their IP

Issue

Clients are having their IP address assigned after being offline for an extended timeframe, this new IP is assigned via DHCP.
DNS is automatically updated with the new IP address and the NetApp cluster gets accurate DNS data from the DNS servers.
The export policies are referencing the FQDN in the client matches rather than their IP addresses (since they change as described above).
 
However, when the re-deployed clients try to mount the volume, they fail with "access denied by server while mounting".
