Issue

  • Mounting volume on NFS client failed with Access denied error.
[root@host ~]# mount storage1:/vol /local
mount.nfs: access denied by server while mounting storage1:/vol
  • As per export-policy check-access command, client has read write permission on volume.

::*> export-policy check-access -vserver svm1 -volume vol1 -client-ip 10.20.x.x -authentication-method sys -protocol nfs3 -access-type read-write
