Issue

  • Mounting NFS with RDMA options fails or falls back to TCP.
  • findmnt output shows proto=tcp,port=20049 even though RDMA was specified.
  • Packet trace shows no RDMA negotiation packets; all captured traffic is standard NFS over TCP.
  • No errors or missing configuration found on the ONTAP storage side.
