Member ports down after ifgrp creation

Issue

  • Either all ports are down or ifgrp is in partial state (some ports are up)

network port ifgrp show -ifgrp <ifgrp-name> -instance

  • Ports were previously removed from a broadcast domain
  • EMS errors shown for member ports:
