Issue

  • Map network drive has failed
  • The Windows client is returning a network error
Example:
Network Error - Windows cannot access \\Share_path
Check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network. To try to identify and resolve network problems, click Diagnose.
  • From the packet trace, the storage system returns an ERR_ACCESS error in response to the mount request
Example:
