Manual copy of certain file types fails with error due to a firewall

Issue
- Manual copy to a CIFS share of a file (type:
.exe,.dll...) is failing - Error message observed: "
Network Error - there is a problem accessing "\\path...", Make sure you are connected and try again"

- Copy of other files is happening without any issues
- A different server with the same user account copying the file works
- Copying the file from source location to desktop (local disk) works
- Simultaneous packet traces on destination cluster and client:
