Issue

  • LDAP shows disconnected.
  • LDAP check fails with below error :

    ::> ldap check -vserver SVM

                      Vserver: SVM
    Client Configuration Name: Client-LDAPS
                  LDAP Status: down
          LDAP Status Details: Error: Validate the Ldap configuration procedure failed
          
          **[   245] FAILURE: Unable to make a connection (LDAP (NIS & Name
    **         Mapping):), Result: RESULT_ERROR_SECD_NO_SERVER_AVAILABLE
       LDAP DN Status Details: No LDAP DN configure

  • SECD logs : 

ERROR         secd.unixLookupFailure: UNIX lookup failure on Vserver (SVM) for client with IP address (xxx.xx.xx.38). Error: Acquire UNIX credentials procedure failed
