Issue

  • While running jobs against files that need to be rehydrated from hierarchical storage management platform Komprise the following error is seen:
Failed to access file '\\path\share\vault\2018\03-20\E\14C\)ER12393E378135D655EBD1~35~9E058A86~00~1.DVSSP'. Reason: A device attached to the system is not functioning.
  • Packet traces show associated SMB create call gets a response of 'STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL'
