  • Listing the contents of an NFS share (ls or df -h) or navigating to a directory (cd) hangs
  • ONTAP Upgrade was successful
  • No errors observed from ONTAP in EMS or SECD logs
  • Remounting the share does not stop the hanging
  • Captured a tcpdump on the node, client, firewall
