File Explorer cannot modify permissions of file/folder that has Mixed security style

Issue

  • CIFS user tries to modify permissions of file/folder by using File Explorer>Properties>Security, but the change is not reflected in the ACl afterward.
  • The file/folder is on a volume that has Security Style: mixed and Effective Security Style: unix
    • nas-cm913::> file-directory show -vserver fchen -path /frieren
        (vserver security file-directory show)
                        Vserver: fchen
                    File Path: /frieren
            File Inode Number: 64
               Security Style: mixed
