Issue

  • Issue observed from rubrik, "Failed to mount share /xyz/xyz_db/.snapshot/rubrik_ef63123abc-456-def_0811 at 10.254.x.y".
  • The packet trace shows that the client and server has two way communication however, after the successful ‘Mount’, the client (172.23.a.b) issues NFS Null call using a non-reserved port (>1024) and there is no FSINFO call from the client (which should follow to obtain static filesystem information).
