Issue

  • Creating a CIFS server via cifs vserver create fails 
  • EMS logs:

Error: Machine account creation procedure failed
[ 42063] Loaded the preliminary configuration.
[ 46108] TCP connection to ip x.x.x.x, port 88 failed: Operation timed out.
[ 47110] Successfully connected to ip x.x.x.x, port 88 using TCP
**[ 64506] FAILURE: Could not authenticate as 'user@domain.com': Cannot contact any KDC for requested realm (KRB5_KDC_UNREACH)
[ 64507] Retry requested, but the retry window (7000 ms) has expired; giving up.
