Issue

  • The following error is seeing in EMS log and/or event log show:

[node: mgwd: nameserv.ddns.bulk.failure:alert]: DDNS update operation has failed for all or some of the logical interfaces having FQDN "domain.local" for Vserver "vserver_name".

  • SNMP trap sends the following messeage:

TRAP agent:10.10.10.1 community:NINFO generic:6 enterprise:netapp specific:12 timestamp:-644282199 varbind:(productTrapData.0 [2 172 0] nameserv.ddns.bulk.failure:DDNS update operation has failed for all or some of the logical interfaces having FQDN "domain.local" for Vserver "vserver_name".)(productSerialNum.0 [2 11 0] 1-80-138389)
