No, ACLs wont replicate to FlexCache share/volume.

Additional Information

  • FlexCache is a caching technology that creates sparse, writable replicas of volumes on the same or different ONTAP clusters.
  • With this feature only the contents of the origin volume is cached to flexcache volume, the configuration such as protocol supports and shares are local to the destination cluster, and these won’t be mirrored unlike the snapmirror.
  • Hence, it is expected behaviour that the share level permission are not reflected as the source in the flexcache destination.
