Disconnections during Password Change Events

Issue
- Intermittent disconnection issues were observed on the SMB share used as a File Share Witness for Microsoft Windows Failover Clusters
- During the disconnection, Windows cluster nodes would failover to another node reported events such as:
Event ID 1564: “File share witness resource ‘FileShareWitness’ failed to arbitrate for the file share…”Event ID 1069: “Cluster resource ‘FileShareWitness’ of type ‘File Share Witness’ in clustered role ‘Cluster Group’ failed.”Event ID 1205, 1254: Clustered role failed to come online or offline.
