Commvault intermittent Access Denied errors accessing CIFS shares

Issue
- Commvault backup jobs intermittently fail with "Access Denied" errors when attempting to delete or manage files on certain CIFS shares
- The problem is observed primarily on newly added virtual Media Agents, while direct-attached (physical) Media Agents do not experience the issue
Symptoms and Log Output:
- Commvault job logs: (Permission denied) - Open failed.
