Issue

  • All client authentication with Kerberos fails
  • Errors observed :

[node-01: secd: secd.conn.auth.failure:debug]: Vserver (svm1) could not authenticate over the network to server (dcname). Error: Invalid credentials (Service: LDAP (Active Directory), Operation: SiteDiscovery).
[node-01: secd: secd.kerberos.tktnyv:debug]: Kerberos client ticket not yet valid for vserver (svm1).

CIFS SMB2 Share mapping
- Client Ip = <CLIENT_IP>
- Login attempt by domain user '<DOMAIN>\<USER_ACCOUNT>' using NTLMv2 style security- Successfully connected to ip <DC_IP>, port 445 using TCP- Encountered NT error (NT_STATUS_MORE_PROCESSING_REQUIRED) for SMB command SessionSetup- Cluster and Domain Controller times differ by more than the configured clock skew (KRB5KRB_AP_ERR_SKEW)- Kerberos authentication failed with result: 7537- Unable to connect to NetLogon service on <DC_HOSTNAME> (Error: RESULT_ERROR_SECD_NO_CONNECTIONS_AVAILABLE)- No servers available for MS_NETLOGON, vserver: <VSERVER_ID>, domain: <DOMAIN_FQDN>- FAILURE: Unable to make a connection (NetLogon:<DOMAIN_FQDN>), result: 6940
