  • No, the effective security style will be used (This can be either NTFS or UNIX)
  • The effective security style will be set by the last client that adjusts permissions
    • Example:
      • A NTFS client updates permissions, the effective security style becomes NTFS
      • A UNIX client updates permissions, the effective security style becomes UNIX
