CIFS timeout issues

Issue
- Intermittent timeouts and slowness were reported when accessing CIFS shares.
- Users could see shares in file explorer, but accessing them resulted in indefinite spinning and no content display.
- Some users reported slowness moving or accessing files.
- EMS logs showed multiple Nblade.CifsOperationTimedOut alerts.
- Error messages such as ‘An internal error occurred’ were observed.
- CIFS check worked, and domain controllers responded in 6ms.
- No recent changes or maintenance were performed prior to the issue.
- Issue started after power surges and electrical instability (flickering lights due to wind).
