CIFS shares inaccessible with domainfo PDBBROKEN status

Issue

  • Unable to access CIFS shares using IP or name, it goes into hung state intermittently.
  • Domainfo shows error "PDCBROKEN" for domain controllers :

vfiler run VF-vf01 cifs domaininfo

  • After performing "cifs resetdc", DC shows connected but after sometime it goes to PDCBROKEN state.
