CIFS client connections fail with error Nblade_CifsOperationTimedOut_1

Issue
File deletion fails due to failed CIFS client connections.
- EMS logs show the following errors:
[Node1: secd: secd.conn.auth.failure:notice]: Vserver (SVM1) could not make a connection over the network to server (ip 10.10.10.1, port 389). Error: Operation timed out (Service: LDAP (Active Directory), Operation: SiteDiscovery).
