Issue

  • The following error is reported in the event logs:

[Node-01: vifmgr: vifmgr.lif.subnetMisconfig:error]: LIFs in subnet XXX.XXX.XXX.X/XX of IPspace "Default" are configured on ports in multiple broadcast domains: BroadcastDomain1, BroadcastDomain2

  • In some cases, these errors may be observed after an ONTAP upgrade.
