ONTAP upgrade failure due to image signature verification error

Issue

During an ONTAP upgrade using the system node image update command, the following error occurs:
Install failed.  
Failed to verify the signatures of the image. The image might have been corrupted. Replace the image, and then try the command again.  
Error: command failed on node "cluster1-01": Install failed. Failed to verify the signatures of the image. The image might have been corrupted. Replace the image, and then try the command again.
