Issue

When upgrading an FSx for NetApp ONTAP system, the cluster image package get command can fail while processing a locally downloaded ONTAP image package. The image downloads successfully with {}system node image get{}, but the subsequent package install fails with an error similar to:
Failed to move package file '/mroot/etc/software/image.tgz'
Package processing stops, and the cluster-wide upgrade cannot proceed until the operation completes successfully.
