Issue

  • Repeated wafl.readdir.expired events are seen in the event log

Example:

Thu Nov 20 00:26:02 [node-01: wafl_exempt02: wafl.readdir.expired:error]: A READDIR file operation has expired for the directory associated with volume vol_1/@vserver:xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx Snapshot copy ID 0 and inode xxxxxx.

  • The affected volume frequently runs out of inodes and file/inode capacity has been increased more than twice
