Issue

  • Sustained FlexGroup latency observed
  • Latency began shortly after a VDI environment update performed between 2026/09/11 11:00–13:00
  • Active IQ Unified Manager reports continuous latency throughout the affected period
  • Typical latency spikes are limited to 1–2 ms and attributed to Other operations
  • Read and write latency remain low at 0.2–0.3 ms, indicating overall storage performance remains healthy
