Issue

  • Slower than expected throughput over NFS from multiple clients is seen
  • rsync jobs are slow from multiple hosts with total throughput less than total network bandwidth
  • Network bandwidth is using a bonded interface so it should be able to get 40 Gbps with 4 10GbE ports trunked together
