Issue

After upgrading ONTAP, the system experiences slower read performance.
Symptoms reported include:

  • Read throughput decreases compared to pre‑upgrade performance
  • Copying data from ONTAP to external backup servers takes longer than before
  • Disk I/O latency and CPU (D‑Blade) latency are higher than prior to the upgrade
