Performance issue due to PCIE error

Issue
- Slowness reported by an application hosted on NetApp LUN/Volume.
- The latency is listed from the Network layer in the QOS statistics command output.

- The RX/TX value of the FC port is well within the range.
- No error is noticed in the switch logs.
- The event log lists the PCIE error for one of the ports the host is logged into storage:
