Node takes a long time to complete the takeover

Issue

  • Controller takes time to complete the takeover.
  • Below errors are seen in EMS logs:
Fri Aug 16 11:39:29 +0800 [Nodea: mgwd: rdb.node.starvation:error]: CPU starvation detected in the RDB.
Fri Aug 16 11:42:26 +0800 [Nodea: vldb: rdb.node.starvation:error]: CPU starvation detected in the RDB.
  • Takeover completed in more than 15 minutes:
