IBM FileNet intermittently reporting an error "CONTENT_FCA_FILE_DOES_NOT_EXIST"

  • CPE (Content Platform Engine) 5.5.2 and 5.5.5
  • ONTAP 9 and above

Issue

  • There was no latency observed on the FileNet application, but on the server ICN logs, error "CONTENT_FCA_FILE_DOES_NOT_EXIST" was reported intermittently.
  • Check for “Content.RetrievalRetryWait”. The CPE version 5.5.2 has default time-out value set to 20 ms and 5.5.5 has time-out value of 40 ms. 
  • This issue persist in both the versions.
