High port utilization leading to performance degradation

  • From sysconfig -a, port e11b on slot 11 and has a max bandwidth of 10Gb/s or approx. 1.1GB/s

High port utilization leading to performance degradation

  • Divide transfer rate on saturated port e11b (342GiB) by 300 to get rate per second (PA data is collected in 5-minute intervals)

E.G - 342000 / 300 = 1140

  • Confirmed port was fully saturated
