High latency seen when using volume move in foreground

Issue

  • Using the command volume move start with the parameter -foreground true.
  • Increased latency may be seen from Data (CPU D-Blade) and/or Disk from the command  qos statistics volume latency show.
  • Example: This output shows higher than usual Data latency or Disk latency from the command qos statistics volume latency show.
