Issue

  • Customers observe high write latency and periodic NFS slowness on CVO clusters.
  • These events are typically reported by application teams as “NFS not responding” or degraded performance on critical volumes.
  • Issue recurs daily during peak write activity.
  • Performance statistics show high overall latency, with the majority attributed to the NVLOG
  • No CPU saturation or aggregate full conditions observed.
