Issue

When creating or re-protecting an SMAS NAS SnapMirror relationship, the relationship may become unhealthy if a QoS policy group with the same name already exists on the destination cluster. Configuration replication then fails, and resync does not resolve the conflict.
The error may state:
Unrecoverable error during configuration replication, requires manual intervention. Error: QoS policy group "<policy_name>" conflicts with a QoS policy in Vserver "<vserver_name>". Run "event log show -messagename vsdr.qos.pg.conflict -fields action" for information on how to correct the issue.
