CONTAP-631965: QoS Policy set for IOPs limit gets throttled as though they are in B/s

Issue

  • A QoS policy group with max-throughput set in pure IOPS (not a combination of IOPS and B/s) is assigned to a workload (SVM, volume, LUN, file, or qtree).
  • Any QoS policy group with max-throughput set in pure B/s, KB/s, MB/s, GB/s, or TB/s exists on the cluster (does not need to be assigned to a workload).
  • When both conditions are met, the IOPS-based policy group throttles the workload as though the limit is in B/s instead of IOPS.
