Issue

  • QoS latency is seen on volumes without a QoS policy.
  • This issue may also occur if Data Protection Optimized (DPO) QoS policies are configured.
    • DPO creates SVM level policies with the name "dpo" in the QoS policy.
    • The license being applied may cause this inadvertantly, but the SVM level QoS policies are the trigger of this bug.
  • Latency associated with this issue may vary; some environments may see seconds of latency in some scenarios.
