Issue

Vserver creation fails with error duplicate entry when trying to create multiple vservers with the following procedure.  

  1. Create a vserver named Vserver_A.
  2. Rename Vserver_A to Vserver_B.
  3. When attempting to create another vserver named Vserver_A, an error occurred: duplicate entry.
