Issue

  • From the event logs, ONTAP will report object.store.unavailable errors after decommissioning capacity tier:
Sun Jun 15 00:16:42 +0000 [Node: wafl_junkd_exempt:object.store.unavailable:EMERGENCY]: Unable to connect to the object store "object-store01" from node node01. Reason: Inter-cluster LIF not configured.

OR
