Issue

  • FAN/CPU/mezzanine card show high temperate warning and node down.

[localhost:monitor.chassisTemperature.warm:ALERT]: Chassis temperature is too warm: Mezz Temp2 is critical high (57 C).
[localhost:monitor.chassisTemperature.warm:ALERT]: Chassis temperature is too warm: CPU1 Temp is warning high (85 C).
[localhost:monitor.fan.failed:ALERT]: Multiple fans has failed: SysFan4 F1, SysFan4 F2, SysFan3 F1, SysFan3 F2, SysFan2 F1, SysFan2 F2, SysFan1 F1, SysFan1 F2.
[localhost:monitor.shutdown.chassisOverTemp:EMERGENCY]: Chassis temperature is too hot: Multiple Internal Temp sensors are unreadable. System will be shutdown in 10 minutes
[localhost:callhome.chassis.overtemp:EMERGENCY]: Call home for CHASSIS OVER TEMPERATURE SHUTDOWN

  • All FAN Modules(8 FAN modules) reseat doesn't resolve the issue.
