  • Intermittently, NFS connection freezes
  • Client's event log says:
    • Jul 25 15:20:39 <hostname> kernel: nfs: server <name> not responding, still trying

      Jul 25 15:20:39 <hostname> kernel: nfs: server <name> not responding, still trying

  • A dual sided packet trace shows that NFS requests sent by the client are not received by ONTAP
